Dr. Claudia Marlen SchröderFounder, CEO
Dr. Claudia Marlen Schröder is biologist and holds a PhD in Toxicology. She started her career 1995 at Henkel KGaA, Germany. As expert for the development of cell and tissue culture systems for industrial application she represented Henkel at different industrial bodies in Brussels and participated in the development of OECD guidelines for toxicological testing. In 2005 she became Chief Scientific Officer of the French medical device start-up company Natural Implant, SA in Marseille, before taking over the lead of the research group „Development of Animal Alternatives and Tissue Models“ at Henkel KGaA & Co.KG. From 2010 to 2016 she was CEO of Biomed-zet Life Science GmbH, Linz, Austria, and implemented cell and tissue culture systems in industrial R&D processes.
Within NP Life Science Technologies KG, Claudia Schröder is the managing director and covers the biomedical characterisation of the products as well as regulatory aspects.

Prof. Dr. Ian TeasdaleCSO
Prof. Dr. Ian Teasdale is Associate Professor and deputy head at the Institute of Polymer Chemistry at Johannes Kepler University. His academic career began at the University of Sheffield; Great Britain, with a one-year research stay at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He completed his doctorate as a scientific assistant at the University of Manchester, UK, before joining the Institute of Polymer Chemistry at Johannes Kepler University as a research assistant. In 2015, he qualified for professor with a habilitation thesis on "Poly(organo)phosphazenes for Medical Applications".
Within the company, Ian Teasdale assumes tasks of the polyphosphazene development.

Prof. Dr. Oliver BrüggemannCTO
Prof. Dr. Oliver Brüggemann is head of the Institute of Polymer Chemistry of at the Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria. During his scientific and professional career, he covered positions as a research assistant at the ETH Lausanne, Switzerland, University of Lund, Sweden and at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. After working as a laboratory manager in polymer research at BASF, he became Professor of Chemical Engineering at the Provadis School of International Management and Technology, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, before moving to his current position at the Johannes Kepler University in 2007.
Within the company, Oliver Brüggemann takes over tasks of the chemical engineering.
